Founded in the early 1900s under the name of its founder, Mario Monsurrò, COELMO® (Costruzioni Elettromeccaniche Monsurrò) was first located in Casoria (Naples). Since then, the company's core business activity has been the production of generator sets (from 3 to 3000 KVA).Experience and skills acquired throughout the years have allowed the company to increase its product range and consolidate its position in the uninterruptible electrical power sector.

The company now has two production plants, one in Marcianise (Caserta) and another in Acerra (Napoli), with a third in costruction, covering an area of 37,000 sq m. COELMO®'s Quality System is certified and complies with ISO 9001 ISO 14001 and SA8000 standards and is the result of a combination of the latest technology with the experience of those who have been working in the industry for three generations. Constant investment in technological innovation (around 8% of annual turnover) has led to significant increases in production system efficiency ("zero-complain project") and has brought COELMO® Energy Systems to the very top of world electromechanical and electronic production.

Thanks to integrated management of design engineering and production, together with optimum localisation of the company works - just a few kilometres form the main Mediterranean ports (Naples and Salerno) and from the airport of Naples-Capodichino - COELMO® is promptly able to satisfy energy requirements of any type and for any condition of use.
