In spite of the late start to the season, we hope that you have all been enjoying your boats during the recent good weather spells. At Med Yacht Sales we have been working in preparation for a busy but bright autumn season.

Beneteau Regatta 4th - 8th September
As we had mentioned in our February newsletter, the Beneteau Regatta will be held between the 4th and the 8th September 2010. This regatta will be based locally and will be similar to the 2008 edition, spending each night at a different anchorage, weather permitting. Your early intention to participate will be greatly appreciated.

Scoglitti Harbour
For those thinking of new ports of call for this summer season, the pontoon installation and dredging at Scoglitti harbour is now complete. For your ease of reference the pontoon owner is Massimo Pittore and can be contacted on 00393934382045 whilst the Berthing Assitant can be contacted on 00393395273045. No doubt that another very important telephone number to have handy is for the restaurant Sakalleo........ 00390932871688!!!

Cannes Boat Show 11th -13th September
Following the Beneteau worldwide dealer's convention which was held in Malta last month, MYS was informed of all the new products that will be launched by Beneteau for the 2010-2011 season. New sailing yachts, new motor boats but also new, patented boat handling systems will be on show at this year's edition of the Cannes Show. MYS will be at the show from the 11th to the 13th September. May we remind you that as of this summer, Ryanair is also operating to Marseille.

We should be getting preliminary information on the new model launches earlier than the show and will forward this to you as soon as we get it.
