The all new X-Craft 10DER: “Probably the best super yacht tender in the world”
X-Craft in the Netherlands has made an impressive addition to its fleet with the new X-Craft 10DER. Based upon a highly comfortable and sporty hull and featuring an excellent performance and exceptional standard of luxury, owners can customise this superyacht tender down to the smallest detail.

The 10-metre X-Craft 10DER can be delivered with one or two inboard engines combined with sterndrives, as desired. Thanks to its sophisticated hull form, the vessel has a top speed of over 45 knots. Even in heavy seas, this highly manoeuvrable tender with a deep V hull continues to provide exceptionally comfortable and dry sailing, typical of the hull designs by Adam Younger.
In terms of finishing, X-Craft offers an almost unlimited choice when it comes to the appearance of the deck, colours and materials, and the layout of the state-of-the-art dashboard, as well as many other made-to-measure options. The hull colour can obviously be harmonised with the colour scheme of the mothership.
X-Craft partners with superyacht owners who set very high standards. The Dutch yard therefore leaves nothing to chance when it comes to its choice of A-list equipment and spare parts. Many components are designed and manufactured in-house with the greatest precision. In addition to an extensive range of electronics, the sleek dashboard of the X-Craft 10DER can be extended to three flat mounted screens. A great deal of attention has been paid to ergonomics, reliability and durability. Inside the steering console is a transparent but watertight compartment which makes it possible to see the robust and precise finishing of the electrical components and wiring.
Pieter van Geest of Van Geest Design was responsible for the appearance of the boat, which is based on the essential principles of Dutch design: striking, modern, exclusive, luxurious, straightforward and multifunctional. With a beam of 2.85 metres, the X-Craft 10DER can easily accommodate 12 guests in addition to the two-person crew. There is a U-shaped sitting area in the bow, as well as others forward and aft of the steering console, and on the aft deck. In addition, Van Geest Design has worked hard to ensure easy and safe boarding and exit.
Pieter van Geest, CEO of Van Geest Design: "When X-Craft asked Van Geest Design to design a 10 meter super yacht tender they added in the design brief some key words reflecting on their brand and product. Strong and powerful were performance orientated points. No nonsense, uncluttered and multi-functional, more aesthetical. It gave us a good challenge that resulted in a lean somewhat aggressive looking yacht. Combining our pure design and X-Crafts' habit of applying extra attention to the details makes the 10DER an unique super yacht tender that will certainly attract the eye where-ever it appears."
The high-performance properties of this versatile, open limousine tender ensure that guests can swiftly and comfortably be brought to their destination. In addition, the boat is ideal for a wide variety of watersport activities, including towing sports, day trips and shoreline exploration.
X-Craft builds luxury tenders in sizes ranging from 5.5 to 10 metres, and also specialises in one-off projects. The X-Craft 10DER is entirely focused on the high-end superyacht market.
