Floating Life Group increases its staff appointing a Elisa Ravella as new Floating Life Charter&Brokerage division manager. Her professional skills and career are perfectly integrated with Floating Life philosophy and reinforce a staff already marked by enthusiasm and experience in organizing holidays and events on behalf of our valued Clients. For Floating Life International she will assists the marketing activities of the Group.

Mrs Ravella refers: "I studied and lived in United States for 8 years. After a brief working experience in Boston, I moved back to Europe in 2003 where I've been working in marketing and communication for International Companies ever since. Following a brief experience in sport marketing & event organization in Milan, I joined Weight Watchers International as Marketing and Communication Manager for Italy. In that capacity, I oversaw the R&D team to establish affinities between products and market targets, and I followed through with a specific sales strategy that allowed the property to sell a profitable license.
After a brief period in SNCF-Rail Europe as Marketing Manager for Southern Europe, I became Marketing Director for Italy, Greece, Malta and Cyprus (originally extended to Spain and Northern Africa) for easyJet Airline Co. In that capacity, I developed new markets, products, and services, and I implemented new sales and marketing strategies that made Italy the second market for the European Low-cost Airline.
At the end of 2009, I decided to work as a consultant to gain more experience in different sectors. Since then, I've been working mainly with French and Italian companies, focusing more on business & market development, development of new strategies to increase market share, mix communication plans, building loyalties, and increasing brand value.
Floating Life for me represents a new challenge to overcome new obstacles and competitors, and to be the best at what we do.
